Processing Time:
Only products ordered from our Hair On Hand Section will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Items from all other sections will require additional processing times. Please read the following information carefully.

•General processing time is 6–9 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. For example, if your order is placed on a Monday, you can expect your order to ship between the following Tuesday and Friday.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL) to deliver your order after it has been processed and shipped. We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

Priority Shipping: Typically takes 1–2 business days for delivery.
Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any hair extensions purchases.

We offer wig caps in small, medium, and large sizes. All wigs are made with a medium cap size by default, as this is the most common size and typically fits most customers.

If you need a small or large cap size, please add your preferred cap size in the Special Instructions section at checkout or email us immediately after placing your order so we can properly note your request.

Discounted lace replacement items are available only after a customer’s first wig purchase. Each wig purchase includes the opportunity to purchase one discounted lace replacement item. When a customer purchases a completely new wig, they become eligible again for a discounted lace replacement with that purchase.

To purchase a discounted lace replacement, please contact us with your original wig order number. Once verified, a discount code will be provided to complete your lace replacement purchase.

Lace replacement items must be purchased within one year of the original wig purchase and must match the original lace type purchased. For example, if a 6×6 closure wig was originally purchased, only a 6×6 closure may be purchased at a discounted price. The replacement lace must be identical to the original lace type, texture, and length. Please note that this program applies to the purchase of a replacement lace item only. Installation or replacement services are not included.

Our raw hair is known for its quality and longevity. With proper care, there is no need to repurchase an entirely new wig. Simply replace the lace and your unit is refreshed and ready to wear again.
